Welcome to another Friday Fab in Five where I show you how to make a card in under five minutes that truly IS fabulous.  Check out today’s offering:

So since when does Stampin’ Up! carry pink glimmer paper?  Well, technically they carry glimmer paper in ALL their colors but you get to add the color by using a sponge dauber and adding any color you like to the SILVER Glimmer paper!  And it’s so beautiful when you do – it almost has this rich patina of color rather than as if it were dyed so the texture and sparkle you get is just absolutely gorgeous.

To make this card all you do is stamp the image in Soft Suede on a Whisper White panel and highlight the image with a Blushing Bride Marker.  Color the Silver Glimmer Paper, punch with the Small Heart Punch and adhere with a Stampin’ Dimensional. Tie on the Blushing Bride 3/4″ Chevron Ribbon, add a knot with snipped ends.  Then stamp your phrase in Soft Suede on a Blushing Bride scrap, snip the end to form a banner and adhere.   Mount the whole thing on your Blushing Bride card front and you are d-o-n-e done!

These are also GREAT for stamping on the go or batch stamping.  Change up the colors, use different trim, try other shapes for your custom colored Glimmer accent – there are endless possibilities and they come together so fast you will feel like a card making MACHINE!

    Hi Brenda
Your old coaching pal in Colorado. I decided to sign up for your newsletter, just saw it on facebook (even though John says not too since I am a demo). But, just could not resist. Love this coloring of the glimmer paper idea! Why did I not think of that!
I love your photo-you are so pretty! Nice to put a face with our phone calls!
